Trepid are needed in all buildings. They are used to get people form one floor to another so as you would think they are vital. You might not know it but there are more types of trepid than the one or two you could name. Some people want to change their existing trepp for a new one. If you are in this position, here are some types of trepid to help you choose the right one.

Initially it is wise to think about what your trepp will be made from. Many people will want to opt for a wooden trepp as these are the most common. The majority of residential properties has this type of stair case and will have them covered over with a carpet.

People trying to create a really modern look should think about steel and glass stairs. Not only do they look amazing they can really open a room up. Older houses do not really suit these kinds of stairs, so think long and hard about this.

Probably the most well known trepp type is a straight style. These are usually in a single set or are set at an L shape, with one flight leading from the next. Most homes will have stairs like this as standard as they are very easy to install.

If you want to have stairs leading to an attic room or you have little space for stairs you might want a spiral trepp. These do not take up very much floor space and they rise from the spot. Not only that but they also look really attractive.

For a really modern look freestanding stairs are great. These are not attached to a wall which means that they can be put anywhere in a room. If you want to make the room your trepp is in look bigger, you should opt for these stairs.

If you would prefer stairs that are attached to a wall but still make the room look more open single open-under stairs are ideal. They will only be attached to one wall which means they will not block out any light. Even smaller houses can benefit from this style of trepp, so it could be something that is worth thinking about.

For really unusual stairs a circular trepp is ideal. However these are normally only found in old homes from a certain period or in lighthouses. With this in mind they are hard to put into 'normal' properties. So circular trepid are really only for a certain type of building or for those people who have a large budget to install stairs.

Finding the right types of trepid might seem like a really hard task. However, with information about them it is easy to achieve. So make sure that you take a look at these and come to a decision about what would be right for you.
